No Yorkshire wedding venue can guarantee the weather, but we can make sure it doesn’t get in the way of your big day.

Our characterful Owl Barn is an elegant indoor space that hosts blessings, ceremonies and sit-down meals for up to 40.

For larger parties there are marquee and tipi spaces, or you can even just hire a field and start from there!  Our experience is here with you along the way, we are always on hand to recommend, advise and guide you through your plans.

Your license to elope

We can’t think of anything more wildly romantic than a getaway for a secret wedding ceremony. We are licensed to hold civil ceremonies in our woodlands, nature areas and barn, and we are proud to be one of only a handful of venues in Yorkshire that offers a specialist elopement wedding service.

The best weddings are those without compromise. We are an inclusive wedding venue, working with you to create a day to celebrate you, your love and your future together. 

Pets are welcome too, so if you are looking for a poochy best man or a reptile ring bearer, there’s (almost) no request too big or unusual for our team.

Wedding Packages

What makes up your perfect day is your choice, but we recognise that predetermined packages are often useful for planning and budgeting. We offer three packages as a starting point to build around.

Have & Hold

£1,900

Our elopement wedding package for two.

Includes overnight accommodation, witnesses, flowers, celebratory drink, and mini cake.

Additional guests, extended accommodation, drinks, registrar, and photographer can be included at an extra cost.

Gather Together

£5,500

Our petite barn wedding package for up to 40 guests.

Includes ceremony barn, private dining room, bar hire and wedding day coordination.

Additional guests, accommodation, catering, flowers, registrar, and photographer can be included at an extra cost.

Love is Grand

£6,500

Our exclusive hire wedding package for up to 80 guests.

Includes space for a marquee or tipi, two nights’ accommodation for up to 27 guests, bottle bar and wedding day coordination.

Owl Barn hire, catering, toilet facilities, marquee, registrar, and photographer can be included at an additional cost.

And we’re confident you will, too. But if you’d prefer to hire Little Seed Field and host your own DIY-style wedding, that’s fine by us.
